July 2024 Product Updates

Trips, AI-powered Trip Planner, now available in beta (Explore Core plan)

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Trips, an interactive trip planning feature now available on Explore. This new AI-powered, personalized experience replaces previous trip planning features on Explore, enhancing the way travel brands engage with prospective travelers. Trips can be seamlessly integrated with your website and is designed to collect first-party data at scale while converting passive website visitors into active trip planners.

Trips features a new Trip Planning Widget that can be integrated with any website and capture visitor preferences, generating first-party data at scale.

Trips report provides detailed data collected by the Trip Planning Widget, which can be used for re-targeting and personalization.

New Asset Management feature enhances the organization of UGC and Place assets

The all-new Asset Management feature is a robust tool to search, discover, and export place assets, including all UGC collected during Challenges. Recognizing the need for better access to user-contributed photos (y’all’s UGC has been growing like a wildfire, thanks to photo check-ins!), we've introduced this feature to help you re-purpose images more effectively. The new Asset Management feature allows you to view assets by source (Brand Owned, Google, UGC, and Seeker), filter by place, Challenge, and more. Brand admins can access Assets Management from their Dashboard by clicking on the Assets tab.

New Asset Management feature makes it easy to re-purpose UGC collected during Check-in Challenges.

New Challenges setting provides more ways to customize your digital passports

We’ve added a new setting to Challenges called “Photo Source” which can be toggled between two options: Take Photo | Both. If you select Take Photo, users will now be required to take a photo at the location instead of selecting from their camera roll, ensuring the authenticity of their uploads. This feature can be accessed via the Challenge Settings page.

With this new setting, users can be required to take a photo at the location or can be allowed to choose from their camera roll. You decide.

At Seeker, we are hyper—focused on building next generation tools to power exceptional visitor experiences. These latest enhancements are one more example of how we are trailblazing with Explore. Reach out for a demo today.
